Once at the retreat there will be no need for transportation, cell phones, or computers unless you desire.  This is a place to connect with you inner sacred heart, soul, and whole being.

Please bring a journal that you can draw in, a swimsuit if you would like to get in the hot tub, and something fancy if you desire to dress up for Monday nights ceremony.

Cozy, comfortable clothes, fuzzy socks, and scarfs will be the dress code, if you like to have a dress code! 

 

Food, tea, and homemade chai will be provided. 

There will be no drinking or use of mind altering substances.
